Another purported Galaxy Note III photo leaks, shows off battery and two SIM slots
Benchmark scores. Alleged camera samples. Full frontalpicture of a prototype. We’ve seen a lot of info related to the Galaxy Note III leak recently, including an all but confirmedSeptember 4 unveiling date. Now, a photo of the back of what is allegedly the same Note III prototype has surfaced, showing off the battery of the upcoming phablet and two SIM slots (which means this is the Chinese variant.)
Unfortunately, it’s impossible to make out what is the battery capacity here, though going by the first two Notes and the hardware the Note III’s battery will have to power, we’ll see a battery rating of around 3,500mAh. Of course, Samsung is welcome to go to town with the optimization to negate the need of increasing the battery rating from the Note II’s (3,100mAh), but I think we all know that isn’t going to happen.
The Galaxy Note III is expected to have an octa-core Exynos 5420/quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor, 3GB of RAM, 1080p display of 5.7-6″, a 13-megapixel camera possibly with optical image stabilization, LTE-A (LTE-Advanced) connectivity, and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with an improved TouchWiz UI.
